The Pragati Patashala library encourages reading, curiosity, independent learning and awareness of the world around us.

It includes storybooks, value-education materials and resources supporting preparation for Sainik School and Jawahar Navodaya entrance examinations.

The library also subscribes to more than six magazines and three daily newspapers, with resources supporting awareness of national and international news, defence, science and technology and general knowledge.
